Stephen Ingram
Stephen brings to the company broad based property experience from fifteen years in the property industry in roles including residential and commercial valuations, property and portfolio analysis, acquisitions management and development management.
His time spent on the client side of property acquisitions and development has provided Stephen with property and development expertise rare for a property services consultant. Exposure to acquisition and disposal due diligence, valuations, cash flow and feasibility analysis, risk management, property sustainability, occupational health and safety and development management, has certified Stephen as being a highly versatile property consultant and well respected within the industry.
As well as being focused on setting and executing the strategic direction of MPV, Stephen is responsible for the establishment of the company’s commercial valuations and investment / development advisory divisions.

- Masters in Property and Construction
- Bachelor in Business (Property)
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)
- Certified Development Practitioner (CDP)
