Allister Paterson

With a successful family history in the ownership and operation of multi-disciplined valuation businesses, Allister has had extensive exposure to the property valuation industry. This exposure has provided a valuable insight into property business fundamentals. Allister joined MPV in December 2007 and drawing from his wealth of experience and knowledge, successfully implemented initiatives to diversify the company’s capabilities, with the introduction of new partnerships and additional property advisory services.

As joint Managing Director at MPV, Allister plays an important role, reviewing and developing the company’s strategic objectives, business plans and internal policies and procedures. Furthermore, with his extensive experience across a broad range of property sectors, Allister continues developing and managing the company’s Valuations Division and advisory services, with a particular focus on specialised and prestige properties.

Allister was admitted as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute after completing a Degree of Bachelor of Business (Property) at RMIT University.
