MPV is a firm growing to meet the needs of an increasingly sophisticated   property industry. The MPV team has extensive experience with a current team including:

• The Directors:

  Allister Paterson who with a successful family history in the ownership and operation of multi-disciplined valuation businesses has had extensive exposure to the property valuation industry.

  Stephen Ingram brings to the company broad based property experience from fifteen years in the property industry in roles including residential and commercial valuations, property and portfolio analysis, acquisitions management and development management.

• The Consultants:

  MPV comprises a boutique team of property consultants whom are all Certified Practising Valuer’s (CPV’s) and members of the Australian Property Institute (API).

  The Australian Property Institute provides the following narrative of CPV’s:

  “Having years of on-the-job training and experience in the field, on top of rigorous undergraduate and postgraduate education, CPVs are expertly equipped to give you up-to-date and impartial professional advice in a wide variety of areas.
